Weve often called our puzzles ‘food for thought’ and highlighted the links between a healthy mind and a healthy body.
Now we’ve gone a step further and invited lifestyle guru Annette Sym to give us the lowdown on healthy eating.
Annette, as well as being an excellent cook, is an Australian public speaker and author. You may have seen her Symply Too Good To Be True cookbooks for sale in your local newsagents.
I’ve known Annette for many years and I find her utterly inspiring. She’s bright and bubbly, full of commonsense ideas about feeling healthy and she has a wealth of tantalising recipes to tempt your palate.
In the June issue of BIG Magazine, twenty-two lucky puzzlers will win one of Annette’s personally signed cookbooks, and another even luckier puzzler will win the Symply Too Good To Be True Prize Pack – including 5 personally autographed Annette Sym Cookbooks, a motivational double-CD set; a CD-ROM menu planner, an 8-week journal, a set of measure spoons and an apron.
You can read all about Annette on the inside back cover of June BIG, and find that you can have a healthy body AND mind.
Do you have a delicious healthy recipe you’d like to share?
Happy Puzzling!

Iam writing from Fiji Islands. I just wanted to ask you if there is anyway we can subscribe for the Holidays Puzzles magazine. My boyfriend’s mother is an addict and has to have her daily dose of your crossword! Unfortunately its a little harder now to buy one of your books.
I would really appreciate it if you could please advise me as to how we can make my bf’s mother happy every morning!!

Hi! I have bought the latest copy of Mega which I never miss a copy of. I love doing these puzzles as they can be done in a short time. However, this latest copy seems to have some new clues. Have you got a new compiler?? Great if you have as the clues become a bit boring.
Hi Heather,
Glad to hear you’re enjoying the latest issue of Mega. It’s very observant of you to spot some of our new clues. We’re constantly working on our database of clues and we have one fellow, Tony, who spends half his day thinking up new clues to test you all!

Yes, there is an easy way to keep your bf’s mother happy. Simply visit the ‘Shop’ on the Lovatts website and choose the ‘Rest of the World’ tab in top right hand corner. Click on Holiday Collection for AU$ prices – 1 or 2 year subscriptions are available. Proceed to payment options from here. When placing your order simply add your details as the payer and your bf’s mother as the recipient to set the subscription up as a gift for her…you can even add a message if you like.
