Known issues:

  • We are aware of a recent issue arising in early September 2022 where some puzzle grids aren’t displaying correctly on some iPads using the Safari browser

Possible fix

To fix this issue please try the following

  1. Turn the cookies off in your browser and turn them back on. All cookies must be turned on (enabled) for the puzzles to display and work correctly. Instructions on how to enable cookies for all devices and browsers can be found here

Alternate solutions

The current problem has only been reported on the Safari browser. If you have Chrome browser please use it for this puzzle or consider downloading it from the App Store
