Hmm – I was going to say I had spotted a gremlin in the maxi clueword of no 72 Holiday clueword but I did do some research and find you are correct. To me forego (the across clue at the 7th level below the MAXI caption) has always meant “to go without” (to forego or choose to skip something), as opposed to foregone, as in preceding or already done (a foregone conclusion). However, on investigation (Concise Oxford) – , I find the clue word is a variant spelling of ‘forgo’ in the definition that I knew it (and I’ve never seen it spelt without the e before and only used in the sense of ‘going without’) and that you are correct. Apologies for doubting you!
I _loove_ crosswords from a reliable compiler – just when you think you know quite a bit, you discover something new about words, meanings and usage. (The Stinker is my favourite – they usually take me about 4-5 hours to do: about 2 – 2 1/2 hours to do the initial pass and then the rest double-checking or tracking down the answers I’m not 100% certain of or don’t know – often there are around as many as 25-30 clues I need to do this for.)

As a singer, I have to challenge your answer for the clue “harmony”. It is not unison. Unison is the opposite of harmony – the same part sung together as opposed to singing different notes together to produce a harmony.
