Lovatts Crossword & Puzzle Subscriber Sweepstake

    1. 1. The Subscriber Sweepstake is not included as part of any paid subscription package. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw at any time without prior notice.
    2. 2. All current subscribers to Lovatts crossword and puzzle magazines are automatically entered into the sweepstake.
    3. 3. The Subscriber Sweepstake closes on the last business day of every second month. The winners will be determined by draw. The winners will be notified initially, if possible, by phone or email, within a week of judging and the winners’ details will be published on lovattspuzzles.com. A written confirmation will be sent to the winners at the registered subscription billing address.
    4. 4. Prizes will be awarded solely to the subscriber of the subscription.
    5. 5. The promoter, along with any associated companies, accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered, including indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
    6. 6. Should a winner fail to claim the prize within the stipulated time frame set by the promoter, the prize will be forfeited, and no cash alternative will be provided.
    7. 7. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, a second draw will take place seven days after the original draw, at the same time and location, to select a new winner(s). The winner(s) will be notified in the manner outlined in clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
    8. 8. Any costs incurred in accessing the promotional website are the responsibility of the entrant and are subject to the terms and conditions of their chosen Internet Service Provider.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, the ASIC Act, or any similar consumer protection laws in Australia and New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) disclaims all liability for any personal injury or any form of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising from participation in the promotion.
    10. 10. In accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act, personal details of New Zealand entrants will be stored at the promoter’s office. Any requests to access, update, or correct such information should be directed to the promoter’s office.
    11. 11. The promoter is Lovatts Media, located at 100-102 Terrigal Esplanade, Terrigal Beach, NSW 2260, Australia (ABN 99 003 314 681). The Subscriber Sweepstake is governed by the Lovatts Media Blanket Conditions of Entry and is authorised under permit number ACT TP 24/01051.
